Notice Of 2026 OCF Annual General Meeting
We are pleased to announce that the OCF’s 2026 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will take place on Tuesday, Oct 27th, 2026 at 7:00pm to be held virtually via Zoom (which means you can join from any computer, tablet or telephone).
This meeting is for OCF Members in good standing to attend and vote.
The 2026 AGM Agenda will be as follows:
Welcome and introductions
Approval of 2025 AGM minutes
Presentation of 2025-26 Financial Statements
Introduction of candidates for election to the OCF Board of Directors
Voting / election of Directors
Conclude
Important: This meeting is open to anyone with a 2026/2027 Competitive Athlete, Coach and/or Supporter membership. To make sure you are able to attend and vote, please make sure your membership and contact information are up to date in the OCF registration system as your invitation will be sent to the email address on file.
