Speed Nationals Updates for OCF Competitors

Firstly, a quick reminder of our Speed Performance Workshop January 3-4 for the 12 competitors who signed up. We’re excited to help you prepare for a successful CEC Speed Nationals. Reach will follow up with any relevant updates.

Coaching Support at CEC Speed Nationals
The OCF is happy to contribute to supporting Brandon Barraclough as a coach for Ontario athletes at Nationals, giving Ontario competitors experienced guidance to perform on the national stage.

Additional Quota
We’re also happy to announce that we have secured additional athlete quota in Youth B for Nationals and an application is now open to anyone who was not able to compete at OCF Speed Provincials due to injury or extenuating circumstances.
