OCF Youth B/A/Jr Lead Provincials Wrap-Up

The B/A/Jr Season came to an unbelievably exciting conclusion on Saturday at Hub Mississauga with an OCF Youth Lead Provincials to remember. (Thanks so much to Hub for hosting us)

The routes set by Jane Cuff and her team helped challenge our top climbers truly rise to the occasion of a provincial final.

Thank you also to all of the volunteers who stepped up to support our athletes and make the event run so smoothly.

The Top Eight (8) Finishers in each category qualify directly to CEC Youth Lead Nationals. I alignment with our rulebook, we have reserved two (2) spots for injury or serious extenuating circumstances. 

The application can be found here and is open until Monday April 13th at 4pm when the Selection Committee will review applications to fill the spaces from the applications or to the next qualifying climber. 

Applications will be considered based on any injury or serious extenuating circumstances that prevented you from attending or from reaching the quota positioning at Boulder Provincials along with a recent record of performance comparable to or exceeding those who have qualified through Provincials.
