This event is open to all Youth A, Junior and Adult athletes with an OCF Competitive Membership. This competitions does NOT include Youth B athletes. The Youth B Difficulty Qualifier #1 will be held at Aspire Whitby on Saturday, March 2. You can find more information for that competition on the event page.
Registration
Registration will open on Monday, November 27 at 12pm and close on Wednesday, January 31 at 5pm.

8:30am* - Gym open for check-in and warm-up
9:30am - Judges’ Briefing
9:45am - Athlete Briefing
10:00am - Start of Qualification Round
1:30pm - Estimated end of Qualification Round
* Athletes may check in at anytime this morning, as long as they’re ready to climb when it is their turn
3:00pm - ISO opens for finalists
3:00pm - Judges’ Briefing
3:15pm - Athlete Briefing
3:30pm - ISO closes for finalists**
4:00 pm - Start of Final Round
5:45 pm - Estimated end of Final Round
**All finalists must be checked into ISO by this time

Format
Lead
Qualification Round: 2 routes, flash format (no ISO), running orders random (staggered between two routes), video route preview
No semi-final round, including at Provincials
Finals Round: one route, on-sight (ISO) with preview, running order last to first
Quota to Finals scaled based on # in Qualification Round
Start Lists
Spectators
Spectators will be allowed based on the facility’s capacity. There will be no charge to spectators for this event.
Parking
There is ample parking available at the front of the building for all competitors and spectators.
Volunteers
Volunteers will be needed for this competition. Please click here to sign up to volunteer.
Waivers
Everyone entering the building must have a valid waiver. Please click here to fill in the waiver in advance of registration.
Coaches
Only OCF certfied coaches will be given coaching credentials for this event. Further updates to the coaching requirements will be announced shortly.
