2021 CALL FOR NOMINATIONS TO OCF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The OCF is seeking candidates for our Board of Directors. There are up to six (6) open positions for a two-year term (2021-2023). Information on our nominations process is included in the attached Information Package.
These are exciting times for the OCF as we grow and move towards being an officially recognized provincial sport organization. However, our success depends on having a strong Board of Directors.
We are looking to build a team with a broad range of combined skills and experience. In particular, we are seeking individuals with experience in strategic change management, fundraising/revenue development, governance of not-for-profit organizations, finance/accounting, legal, risk management, and marketing/communications.
Please consider joining the Board to help shape the future of competition climbing in Ontario!

NOTICE OF 2021 OCF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
We are pleased to announce that the OCF’s 2021 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will take place on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 7:30pm.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.
The 2021 AGM agenda is as follows:
- Welcome and introductions
- Approval of 2020 AGM minutes
- Annual report
- Presentation of 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 Financial Statements
- Introduction of candidates for election to the OCF Board of Directors
- Other business
The election of new directors will take place following the meeting.
Important: Instructions for joining the meeting will be shared with OCF Members (anyone with a 2021/2022 Competitive Athlete, Coach and/or Supporter membership) by email in advance of the meeting. To make sure you receive this information, please make sure your membership and contact information are up to date in the OCF registration system.
